40B developer Business Partner Khalid Naseem's Telephone Number Goes to 69 Armory St, Worcester.

Khalid Naseem - Metrowest Real Estate Sales, Inc., and Al-Safa, Inc., according to the Secretary of State's business listings. Why would Khalid Naseem, a lawyer, have his telephone number go to a storage company in such a lovely part of Worcester such as this? 69 Armory St is off Southbridge and Cambridge Sts.

40B Shrewsbury St and Public Documents
Here are public records regarding a subsidizedhousing project in town. Among other things, the developer has failed to acquire a building permit to construct a bridge, and has numerous "Non payment of taxes" in several communities. He has also been given a drain layers license even though he is not qualified to have one by the criteria set by the Board of Selectman.

One of his business partners is Mirajuddin Ahmed. Mr. Ahmed has an address of 5 Edgewood Rd, Westborough. Mr. Ahmed is also the president of Al-Miraj, Inc., is connected to the Islamic Center at 248 East Mountain St.

Tahir Ali, a writer for Al-Jazeera, lives next door to Mirajuddin Ahmed, at 3 Edgewood Rd, Westborough. (His address is given at the bottom of the article)  Iqbal Ali was on the committee to have Tahir Ali speak at the Worcester Islamic Center.

The 40B developer has not paid his taxes (links below), yet the WB Planning Board still gave him Special Permits and extra chances to build his 40B Housing Project.

During an August 29th Earth Removal hearing for the 40B developer, he admitted he did not take out a permit for constructing a bridge. As a general contractor, he should know what work requires a permit, so the question arises - what else has he done without permits?

An Office of Environmental Affairs document has the following information:
Acreage: 35.45 acres              Total Units:           52  (14 triplexes (triple deckers) and 5 duplexes
Water Usage/ Day: 17,160  Total Driveways: 92

Why does this developer need 92 driveways for 52 units? Why does he need enough
daily water usage for approximately 90 units, if he intends to only build 52 units? Remember, as the Worcester T&G reported, the original project was 7 single family homes, now it is up to 52. What is really going on?

Thhis developer - there are many in town, was given a permit to use explosives to clear ledge in mid-November 2006, even though the blasting area is on watershed - the same environment the Board of Health
supposedly wants to protect by mandatory sewer hookup. They must think explosives on a watershed has no chance of causing harm to the environment, but someone somewhere that might have a leaky septic system at sometime will cause environmental damage.

Evangelista & Teague 40B Developers
$146,400 Franklin St property sells for $850,000

December 17th, 2006: The basic story is simple: Michael Teague wants to build a 40B housing project on Franklin St. He buys the property from Joe Evangelista (whose house, 34 Davidson Rd, is not listed on the tax assessors list and whose wife went to prison for bankruptcy fraud in 2003 - see links below).

Click for the neighborhood map (Map153, 87) and Evangelista/ Teague Timeline of their paper shuffle. It is very interesting. Mr. Evangelista wrote on this website's blog that "the 40B project is 100% not my project." He knew exactly what was planned for the site and who was going to need the land, so his quote makes him a liar.

Teague bought the 3.5 acre site (woods and wetland) for $850,000 on November 10, 2006, even though the land has a FY-2007 assessment of $146,400.

Why would he spend that much money for a piece of land assessed for so little?

Mr. Gaumond, town administrator, before coming to West Boylston, was Chairman of the Springfield (MA) Democratic City Committee - a city known for corruption and just rated (Fall 2006) the most dangerous city in Massachusetts, and has many corruption scandals involving taxpayer funded housing projects.

Hhmmmm, something is going on around here . . .

Full story not published here because names of witnesses and employees are not relevant to this website. Was a 'free drink' policy partially to blame for this accident? Shouldn't a business owner be able to handle his employees better?
