Freedom Village is the SMOC development on Franklin Street, in between Route 12 and Worcester Street.
It is a 70 bedroom, 26 unit/ 3.5 acre development consisting of "20 low income" and "6 extremely low income" units.

Mr. James Cuddy, SMOC's executive director, told the Banner October 14th, 2010 "it is expected that
at least 70 percent of the residents will be from the West Boylston area." He did not define what "area" is.

Rev Michael Teague - the one that started the project, never used it when he told the Banner
November 9th, 2006 that "70 percent of the units would be granted to town residents, their children or parents,
teachers or employees of the town and/ or members of non-profit organizations located in West Boylston."
There is a difference between West Boylston and West Boylston area.

The management company, Maloney Properties, Inc., of 27 Mica Lane, Wellesley, will be advertising in, but
not limited to, the following publications for the project, slated to open in late Winter 2011:
                            > Vocero Hispano      > El Mundo        > Sampan           > Bay State Banner

HISTORY:
In November 2006, Rev Michael Teague bought the 3.5 acre parcel, then wooded, for $850,000 from his neighbor, Mr. Joseph Evangelista, when it was only assessed for $146,600.

In 2007, he was removed from the church he founded. Rev William McKinnon replaced him in September 2007.

In 2010, SMOC took over the project. SMOC's executive director, James Cuddy, told the Banner on October 14th, 2010 that this project would be a "wonderful addition to the neighborhoods of West Boylston". Cuddy, however, despite misinformation from DYS (Dept of Youth Services) allowed Sahr Josiah to remain a SMOC resident in Framingham even though he shot a cop in the face in 2009.

Cuddy further stated that the project will generate $20,000 per year in property taxes - an equivalent of $769 per unit. The average West Boylston tax bill is now near $4,300.

Michael Teague stated in his resume in September 2010 the project cost $7.9 million. The project is tax payer funded. West Boylston ZBA chairman Mr. Phil Chevalier rammed the project through without a public hearing despite the major changes to the project, including the change to SMOC.

Teague's resume, in portion, is as follows: Teague has worked there since August 2008.

Through a source, here is a picture of Teague's automobile from 2010. If he is working in Pennsylvania,
and has been since August 2008, why does he have Massachusetts plates? If his primary residence is in
Pennsylvania, should he be using a Massachusetts address on official state documents?
